Increase your Vitality status to Silver and Gold!

When you do healthy things, you earn points which count towards your Vitality status. The more Vitality points you earn in a plan year, the higher your Vitality status will be.

Everyone starts at Bronze status and then by earning points you’ll progress to Silver, Gold and finally Platinum. The higher your Vitality status, the bigger the discounts and rewards you could receive!

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO REACH EACH STATUS WITH A SINGLE ADULT ON MY PLAN?

Bronze = 0    Silver = 800    Gold = 1600    Platinum = 2400

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO REACH EACH STATUS WITH MORE THAN ONE ADULT ON MY PLAN?

Bronze = 0    Silver = 1200    Gold = 2400    Platinum = 3600

HOW CAN I EARN VITALITY POINTS?

There’s a whole host of ways you can earn Vitality points from using an activity tracker, working out at a partner gym, having a Vitality Healthcheck or going to a WW Wellness Workshop! Find more ways in your Memberzone.

HOW CAN I REACH SILVER?

By completing a few key activities, you should be able to reach Silver status pretty quickly – lots of members reach Silver in just four weeks! Try the below…

Earn 100 points = Complete the ‘Online Health Review’ found in the Vitality Memberzone 

Earn 100 points = Declare you’re a non-smoker online in the Vitality Memberzone 

Earn 100 points = Dentist check up

Earn 120 points = Get a ‘Fitness Assessment’ at participating gyms

Earn 200 points = Declaration of non-smoker in your ‘Vitality Healthcheck’ 

Earn 480 points = Get your Pharmacy ‘Vitality Healthcheck’

 

HOW CAN I REACH GOLD?

Once you’ve reached Silver Vitality status and taken a Vitality Healthcheck, you’ll need to earn points with regular healthy activities to increase your status. For example you could:

Earn 40 points each week for getting active = 2,080 points each plan year

Earn 15 points a week for attending a WW  Workshop meeting = 780 points each plan year

Earn 80 points = running in a local Park Run event, once a week for 10 weeks

Earn 50 points = spending £25 a week on healthy food at Ocado for a month

Earn 240 points = working out at a Vitality partner gym, 4 times a week, for 12 weeks

Earn 240 points = taking 12,500 steps a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks

Earn 300 points = taking 10,000 steps a day, 6 days a week for 10 weeks
